Hi everyone, I was motivated into starting a new My Fitness Pal account by watching all the success stories unfold on Youtube! that's right, I Googled weight-loss success and found some great stories and a lot of the women on there posted about how MFP helped them the most. I'm hoping to have my own success story sometime in the near future, however long it takes, and have a healthier lifestyle. I'm a 26 YR old 198 lb. student that works out at the school gym among super fit 18-22 yr olds daily. I first started working out in January but have gotten on and off the fit-wagon a bit so I decided 5 days ago to workout every day in order to really see an actual change in my mindset and body. I just joined MFP yesterday and I though it's only been two days I haven't looked back. Let's Motivate each other into loving ourselves more than we already do now.
