At maintainace 4kg loss, confilicting kj intake.

Fitness pal to maintain dropped of more kj. From 5400 down to 5200kj Where as another app added kj. So I stopped following and started to eat more & more. Have maintained my for weight 2 months. Now feeling to get back control am worried to follow fitness pal 5200 when kj "My diary" says 6000kj with the same settings. Up till the maintainance stage both apps had very simliar intake calulations. All I know is after going off track eating more like 6000kj per day has sort off maintained the weight till now. But I feel it wont last much longer, am getting use to thin and finding I feel fat again.

    My suggestion is that you follow consistently one method (App) for a number of months. If it does not work for you, change it. Mixing and matching different tools and process creates confusion.
    Eating at a deficit will help you lose body weight. The tool you choose is up to you.
