fit bit active minutes

Can anyone tell me if it's just me or is it a normal fitbit thing. I track my walk, click on the IMPACT tab and it says 15 minutes of active time. But when I go back to the dash board it doesn't show in my active minutes. I've waited even to the next day and still doesn't post to dash board. Anybody have experience with this? Tia
