Yo-yo starting again

Here I go again! The motivation tank has been refilled.

I've always had problems keeping a steady pace and then maintaining. I've been successful in the past at losing weight, sometimes healthy, other times dangerously. The latest time I kicked my butt into high gear and lost 20 pounds over six months while getting much faster at my run time. As soon as I passed the army PT test for my reserve unit I stopped everything and now I'm back to where I started just two months later.

My wife introduced me to this website, and so far it seems pretty cool. She has been on it for a while and is down 16 pounds over the same time as me. She's looking and feeling great so hopefully I can follow her lead.

If anybody has any good tips for keeping motivated, good workout music, or anything else please let me know. Thanks and good luck to all of you as well!
