Calorie Question....

Hello!! Are you supposed to eat the recommended calories after exercise...or does the difference apply to the 3500 you need to lose a pound? For example, I am supposed to eat 1270 calories a day. After I exercise the app says I gained an extra 300 calories. Am I supposed to eat those as well, or will not eating them make me lose faster? I don't want to eat too few and make me stop losing! I just want to get the most bang for my buck!!
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!

If you're following MFP then yes eat back at least a portion of the exercise calories - especially since you have your calorie goal set so low.0

MFP tends to overestimate calorie burn, so if you are using MFP estimates, only eat back 50-60% of the calories. If you are using a HRM for cardio calories, it is a better estimate of calories burned so you can eat back more of them.0
