Im reading "Wheat Belly" right now. It is really good & full over very interesting and thought provoking information. Also, "China Study" is a phenomenal book.0

Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy, by Walter Willett
What to Eat, by Marion Nestle
Food Rules, by Michael Pollan
Diet Cults, by Matt Fitzgerald
Death By Pyramid, by Denise Minger
I don't agree with everything in all of them (or everything in any of them), but they are all entertaining enough reads and worth reading and together give a pretty decent overview with some insight into some of the controversies.0
