I used MFP last year to help me lose about 30 pounds after having my son. I kinda got lazy, but as the weather gets warmer it reminds me I need to motivate myself again lol. At this point my goal is to lose about 10 pounds, while seriously toning up. I'v never used the "community" part of MFP but thought what better way to stay on track and be accountable than joining people with similar fitness goals. I'm very interested in fitness and nutrition and would love to learn as much as I can to help with my goals as well as inspire and help others.
