I find myself restarting this journey for the 173647 time. I joined a gym a week and a half ago and have yet to go. I have been making excuses for myself and all that ends right now! I am the only one who is accountable for my health and from this moment forward my health is my number one priority. I changed my goal from losing two pounds a week to one pound a week. I need to get into the mindset that this is a forever change and not a quick 3 month fix. Yes of course I want to be smoking hot in a bikini but more importantly I want to be healthy and in shape. If anyone has any advice or tips for me they would be greatly appreciated :) my biggest struggle personally is the cooking aspect of eating healthy because I get bored with the same foods over and over and I'm a picky eater.
