I find myself restarting this journey for the 173647 time. I joined a gym a week and a half ago and have yet to go. I have been making excuses for myself and all that ends right now! I am the only one who is accountable for my health and from this moment forward my health is my number one priority. I changed my goal from losing two pounds a week to one pound a week. I need to get into the mindset that this is a forever change and not a quick 3 month fix. Yes of course I want to be smoking hot in a bikini but more importantly I want to be healthy and in shape. If anyone has any advice or tips for me they would be greatly appreciated
my biggest struggle personally is the cooking aspect of eating healthy because I get bored with the same foods over and over and I'm a picky eater.
