Looking For Good Fitness Plan (Full Body)

I started back up on working out about 20 days ago and committed myself to a 30 day squat challenge, mainly to keep me motivated to go to the gym and do my other exercises. Right now, my almost daily workout includes 20 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the bike, squats, leg lefts, and crunches. However, this is very much my own makeshift plan of a workout plan and I want to move on to something that will give me more of an overall full body workout. I know I've seen people switch out days and do legs on one day, arms another etc etc. Can anyone recommend an exercise plan, preferably a 30 day plan?

I should also point out, I've never done weight training exercises. It's not that I'm oppose to weight training it's just that I'm not comfortable doing it because I've never done it. Plus, I'm not going to lie I'd feel pretty silly going over to the weights at my gym because there is a regular crew of committed weight trainers there when I'm at the gym, lol.

Good plans are long term, not a few days. If you're serious about your goals, go with NROLFW or Stronglifts - both are recommended all the time here. Google them to learn more. :+1:
