Im 135-140 pounds 5'2 and 19. Lately I've been strength training and lifting as heavy as I can for little reps so I had myfitnesspal set to
1700 calories, 170g carbs, 149 G protein and 47g fat. I believe it was 40% carbs, 35% protein, 25% fat.

I want to start to lean out a bit more without losing strength/muscle. Im just trying to play around with my macros.

What are your Macros and your goal?
