Hello, I'm looking for anyone who wants to focus on a 2 month body transformation goal.
I'm looking to lose about 10-15lbs, and about 4-6 inches from my waist.
Health and fitness is a lifestyle, and not a 2 month goal to reach and forget about. I realise that, and that the body i dream of might be achievable after a year or two and lifetime of healthy living and working out...but I'd love to push myself hard over the next two months. An experiment to see what my body is capable of accomplishing in two months.
My goals are:
To eat clean and healthy (no sugar, no wheat, no processed foods--lots of vegetables, protein, some nuts and fruit).
To exercise HARD 2 times a day (but never less than once a day).
To lose 10-15 lbs in 2 months, or 4-6 inches from the waist.
If anyone has similar diet and exercise goals, and wants to embark on an epic crusade with me to slay their (belly) fat on a 2 month push of healthy ways and intense exercise...message me with your goals and let's keep each other going!
