Hey all! I am almost finished healing from a tibia plateau stress fracture in my right leg. I was supposed to start PT this week, but of course they had no appointments available for me. I leave for vacation this upcoming Friday where I will be gone for 8 days.

My current doctor is taking this very slowly. I went for a second opinion and this doctor said he would have me start at the gym. He couldn't explain much as far as machines, but he said use the elliptical and stationary bike. Nothing that can cause an impact.

What are some other exercises that I can do to try and re-strengthen my leg muscles, and for some cardio? He said to avoid jumping jacks, squats, and lunges... which is what did this in the first place (ie: I overdid 30DS).

I'm anxious to get back into it, but I want to start slowly and work my way up.
