Hello...I used to always be in shape and active. Work, kids and life has knocked me off track. I'm now way overweight and not at all active. I'm taking a different approach and dedicating time for me as I do for everything else in my life instead of trying to fit it in. I have a long road ahead of me but I am determined to reach my goals.
