What size meals do you eat, and when do you eat them?

I was having a hard time losing, then I started eating a medium breakfast, large lunch and small dinner. Actually noticed physical progress (lost 1.5 waist inches, and 2in off my hips!) as well as actual movement on the scale for once. I do an 8am breakfast, noon lunch and 7pm dinner, usually with a cup of cocoa as a little pre-bed indulgence around 11. I'll also eat a protein bar after a workout if I work out that day, and I have some fruit usually with my tea around 4.

So, how about you? What have you seen work, and what hasn't?
