Slow Cooker Lemon Basil Chicken

I made this last week, and it turned out really yummy for how minimal the ingredients were! Only like 5 minutes of prep time = at least 5 servings of delicious (at only 165 calories per serving). Thought I'd share.

I think next time I'll throw in some extra veggies.
