Hello-
I have just started using my Garmin VivoFit2. I have tracked my workouts as well as my steps; it is set to sync with MFP. On MFP, it shows my cardio, general calorie adjustments, but where it lists the steps taken, which is over 5400, it ssays "0" for calorie adjustment. It shows that I have burned 220 calories so far on Garmin Connect, but MFP only shows 92. How do I fix this?

It won't always show a calorie adjustment.
MFP assumes you are burning calories everyday. It estimates what you'll burn based on your stated activity level, age/gender/weight/height. It then gets information from your device about your actual burn. You'll only get an adjustment if your actual daily burn is more than what MFP already expected.

I know these say fitbit, but the garmin devices work the same way sync wise (I had a vivofit for a short time):
So MFP gives you an estimated calorie burn before exercise based on gender, height, weight, age and the activity level you picked. For me this number happens to be 1990.
The adjustments are a comparison of your full day burns.
Here is a day of mine, where everything regarding activity was tracked/logged on the trackers website:
Here is the same day, where I logged the workout on MFP instead of the trackers website:
And here is an example of what could happen if you don't meet MFP's estimation:- If your calorie burn on your tracker goes past the red line, you get a positive adjustment.
- If your calorie burn meets or stays below the blue line, you get either 0 or a negative adjustment (negative adjustments have to be enabled, if they are not enabled you will just get 0).
So based on what you said, MFP is saying that you only burned 92 calories more than MFP predicted for your day.
