Best cardio workout videos that I can stream through Amazon?

The free videos on Amazon Prime are not doing it for me recently and I don't have access to a good gym right now. I want to get a better video to do consistently at home. I have been looking at 30-Day Shred, but right now, I would not be able to do it every day so I'm not sure if there would be a better option.

Things I am thinking about when trying to decide on a video:

  1. I work out at home in my living room and don't have any "equipment" but I could maybe borrow some weights from our apartment's fitness center if I need to
  2. Right now, I can only do 3 days a week due to work hours and family obligations
  3. I am not in terrible shape but I am far from where I was when I was in good shape so nothing too difficult
  4. I get bored easily if a workout is too long or too bland. Yoga is not a great fit for me and I would prefer a video in the 30 minute range if possible but would be willing to go longer for one that is really worth it.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!!

If only Amazon Prime: I would actually do JM Ripped in 30. You mentioned cardio but its more then that and its not boring in any way. Even if you can do 3 days a week, that is better then zero. If pure cardio is what you are looking for, JM 1 Wk Shred Workout 2 is pure cardio. But i would recommend adding in some weight stuff and do RI30.

Since you mentioned lack of equipment: You should check out FitnessBlender.com. Its got some AMAZING bodyweight workouts, under 30 minutes. You can mix and match your workouts based on your time. If i were you, id up it to more then 3 days as week even if you get only 15-20 minutes in on some of those days.

I also vote for Fitness Blender on YouTube. Lots of fantastic workouts and some are pretty short so you can fit them in despite a time crunch.
