    I am NOT a fan of those 90 calorie pack things! Even this one, which is supposed to be high in fiber, does not fill me up or satisfy me at all. If anything I'm even hungrier than when I began or I end up hungry again 10 minutes later!
    Some ways I indulge my chocolate cravings:
    Plain greek yogurt with 1 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips mixed in
    Chocolate chunk or S'mores Quest bar
    or just eat a piece of chocolate of your preference, enjoy it, log it, and factor your other choices that day so it fits in. Nothing wrong with a little chocolate now and then! :)

    Raw brownie bites with walnuts, dates, cocoa and vanilla. Yum!

    Depends on the kind of chocolate I'm craving I may have: hot chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate pudding, chocolate truffles, rum filled chocolate, chocolate ice cream, candy bar, nutella, and everything in between. I'm not a chocolate snob. Sometimes I'll have one of those expensive specialty chocolates, other times I crave the cheap stuff as long as it doesn't have the texture of candles and doesn't taste like soap. I'm not a big fan of brownies though.

    I take magnesuim supplements and the cravings magically go away.

    I do love a bit of 85+% dark chocolate from time to time though.

    A miniature chocolate bar (their like 2 bites), or a teaspoon of Nutella. Or 1 square of Lindt.

    I've noticed that a single taste of what I'm craving is enough to satisfy me. The first bite is the tastiest, after that, the rest just mellow out too much.

    I like the brownies too, but they're too small for me so I end up eating like 5 lol. I like to heat them up tho. Makes them gooier. Also, my fave is the mint chip one.

    But my go to is either chewy dips quaker chocolate chip bars. Like a candy bar and only 140 calories.
    Oh and chocolate ice cream of course. I leave room for it in case I want some.

    I simply EAT chocolate! I prefer Green and Blacks 85% dark but will go with Ghiradelli 86% too. Both are wonderful and a half serving is usually alls I need to make me happy. Its good for you. Ignoring cravings only leads to eventual failure, IMO.

    You want some chocolate? Then eat some! :)
  • I have the best recipe!

    Protein pudding.

    4 oz. yogurt of choice
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 banana
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder

    Blend and refrigerate overnight. Tadaaaaa! It is SO DELICIOUS.

    Take a Magnesium Citrate supplement (300-400mg per day or less). Your chocolate cravings will disappear.

    My boss brought in some Gertrude Hawk Dark Chocolate bunnies today- HOLYD:LKJSDF:LKJSDF

    They were delicious. Just big huge (two bites) thick delicious chocolate. It was inappropriate on the conference call.

    my new favorite thing:

    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp peanut butter
    add a tiny bit of water and stir until almost dough-like

    Then eat it with a spoon or refrigerate and roll into delicious protein bites for later. It's like eating chocolate cookie dough, but almost no sugar & fat, and pretty much all protein.

    Fiber One brownies or sugar free jello pudding cups (only 60 calories!). I also like the weight watchers ice cream bars.

    I buy whatever kind of chocolate I love (also a chocoholic lol) and I put it in the freezer.. I dislike cold chocolate so I eat less then if it were room temperature. Or make your own version of whatever you like with healthier ingredients :)

    I make chocolate oatmeal every morning for breakfast. It's homemade so it's healthier than most instant oatmeals and it fulfills the chocolate craving! Recipe here.

    Either the darkest choc I can find...Green and Blacks or Lindts, or the dark chocs in my monthly Hotel Chocolate box......I let husband have the others.
    He doesn't complain....but hates it when too many dark chocs in box!

    1 tbs raw cacao powder in a cup of plain yogurt. A few drops of stevia for me. Less than 30 cals for the powder. Hits the spot, lots of antioxidants.

    I like Quest Cookie Dough or Quest Double Chocolate Chunk for my chocolate fixes. They're both protein bars that have a very short ingredient list and are downright delicious.

    Yup. I 'll walk to the store and buy 1 mini resse's peanut butter cup and chew really slowly. If it's at night I'll make a cup of hot coco. It's taken a long time, but I'm finally at the point where I can eat a bit of chocolate without going nuts.

It's the size of a tall glass, so it's no big deal washing it. That got me making more smoothies more often. The possibilities are endless, so it's a chance to be creative.

    Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips. Great tasting chocolate to start, but you can only eat so much before you get tired of them, so it helps control portion size automatically.

    I'm on the lowest calorie count of all, so I definitely don't like to drink my calories. That's why I don't do fruit juices. But these smoothies are kind of a treat. And easy. No stove involved.

    Let's see, here's my favorite:

    Sometimes I'll throw in 10 almonds for the fat intake, that would add 70 more calories.
