Hello I am Robert, currently living north of Seattle in Lynnwood. Just had a medical checkup and well its time to get moving. This isn't my first attempt and my primary road block are old injuries that pop up when i go overboard. So i am starting slow and steady. I have to build up my cardio time starting at 5 min. steady moderate pace hopefully adding 5 minutes a week, and the circuit training is light weight 3/15 with 5%-20% body weight depending on muscle group hopefully building to 3 sets to failure, which i actually achieved on my second set set of military press at 8 reps.
