Overall Body Workouts

Was hoping the wise folks on this forum might be able to help me out...

I'm trying to lose weight and fairly new to the gym scene. I'd like to get into a workout routine that I can complete less than an hour given a couple of days a week, given that I'm fairly pressed for time - who isn't!!!

Everything I read on the web seems either either so advanced or something you would need a group fitness class for.

Does anyone have any beginner full-body workouts they can recommend?

Any help you can provide is appreciated!!!

    Check out a compound lifting program. I'm a big fan of StrongLifts 5x5. (stronglifts.com)
