How to log yoga?

How would I log beginner yoga? It isn't rigorous at all but does take some strength.

I personally have MFP synced with MapMyFitness. I log my workouts in there and then it syncs into MFP and converts. With that said in MMF it lets you select Yoga and then what type of Yoga you are doing, whether it be Vinyasa, Hot, etc and you could select what most closely represents the style of yoga you are doing. For example, I do Aerial Yoga but that isn't an option as sub-category of yoga in the app unfortunately so then I just select General Yoga. Hope this helps you...0
