Any vegans out there?

I'm vegan and intollerant to dairy and gluten... how am I still fat on this diet???... It's the comfort eating and the lack of exercise. Need to get back on track!!!

there's someone in another thread going plant based vegan. Still hasn't told me what plant based vegan meant, which I would assume is instead of being meat based vegan.
If you're still fat, it's because you're eating more than you expend in daily energy.
"Plant based" veganism is a common term for those who choose to layer additional, health-based-restrictions on their veganism. Sometimes they choose to avoid certain grains, soy, or processed foods. They may also adopt very low fat diets.
