Hi, looking for some friends to be supportive and to support. I've dropped 30 lbs easy fat now it's time to get serious. I'm in till I'm down to 210... Any takers? M or f is fine

    Hi Dennis. I am 55 years old and live in England. I have been on here for seven weeks and dropped 23lb but still have a minimum of 33 to go so will be on here a while yet. Feel free to add me. I do offer support and encouragement, dont just press 'like', but ask for support in return.

    Shirley, Hi and thanks for reaching out to me. I'm in the U.S. Congrats on your hard work and keep it up. I started my transformation Jan. 7 and will be happy if I can reach my 210 by June 7... That's 60 lbs. in 6 months. I'm at 244 now, I'm a little behind at the mall moment but tgat is why I'm on here. Accountability is everything!!! I'm with you!!
