Hi all! Lost 100 lbs 5 years ago using MFP and doing Zumba 5 days a week. Due to an encyclopedia of life events, I've gained 70+ of that back.
Been off/on since, but I'm ready to get serious again. Over 30 this time around, so it's proving to be a little more work, but that's the price I'm gonna have to pay.
