Girl weight gain only on stomach..... Not pregnant!

So I don't know if it's my natural body shape but I've always had a big tummy even when I was slim and It's so depressing because girls are supposed to have wide hips and a small waist but I have narrow hips and a big waist! My legs and arms are normal and my face isn't fat, all my fat is just on my belly :( Any other girls like me?

    that body shape looks awesome at a low (yet still healthy) body fat % though...
