Have any of you LADIES had success JUST lifting, proper nutrition, and 1x a week or less cardio?

Hello! I was just wondering if any of you beautiful ladies have had success with JUST lifting, proper nutrition, and doing cardio maybe once or twice a week or LESS?

I'm 5'4" 138 and trying to get shredded (lol)

    Me, so far!! I've been at it 7 weeks (lifting 3x a week), just lifting and cutting calories. I don't do any cardio and lost 13 lbs so far...the difference in my progress pics is crazy.

    It can be done. :) Best of luck

    What is your lifting routine? I do a bit but want to see faster results
