Motivation! I got weight to lose

I tried this once and failed. After taking a long hard look at myself I decided to get back on track with a new resolve to lose weight. I have done my research and feel this time I am better equipped with knowledge to make my goal a reality. I keep telling myself " this is a process and it will take time".
I have logged in for 40+ days in a row and my log is out there for everyone to see. I am not opposed to constructive critisicm so if you have any tips, please share.
