Healthy Living Challenge

A new challenge group starts 4-13-15 You must exercise 30 minutes a day that equals one point if you do not have your vice that day like if your vice is no soda or no coffee, that's one point that day. Your goal is to drink half your body weight in water in ounces so if you weigh 100 pounds you a drink 50 ounces of water. For every third of the water you drink you get one point, so you can get a maximum of three points for water that day. You can get a maximum of five points each day.
Every night I do roll calls where you tell the group how many points you earn for that day. Every Thursday you weight and you let the group know the progress! The fourth Thursday of the month you weight and measure.
Some days we will have bonus challenges like exercise an extra 15 minutes or no fast food this week they'll be extra ways that you can earn extra points.
This will go for 2 months, we will do weekly shout outs for the top point earners that week. Top point and weight loss earner combined at the end of the 2 months will win a 1 hour massage from Advanced Body Works!
You must tell the group your vice and your goals, this will help us all keep accountable and help each other keep on track.
