    There is no way to spot reduce (unfortunately). All you can do is lose weight, the fat will come off wherever it wants to.

    I'd start in the kitchen, clean eating, add a supplement of CLA, take 3x3 during meals. Then add in some HIIT cardio.

    I have been doing Insanity for 5 weeks and can see abs! I love it! They have on demand now so I didn't have to buy a video! Let me know if you want details! Good luck

    Add in strength training, if you're not doing it already. Lifting and building muscle helps shed fat. Incorporate a lifting and strength training program 3-4 days per week, exercising the macro weight groups. Also do abs toning work to strengthen your core. Do you get enough protein in your daily diet?

    The fat will go where it wants to. Honestly, I found something which I think might be abs under all the layers of flab just by losing weight.
