any one feel your calories are to high to lose

I feel like mine are too high to really lose and afraid I might gain more

    that most diet put you on like 2000 or less and mine is above that

    I feel like mine are too high to really lose and afraid I might gain more
    I can't be sure until I really tighten things up on the logging....which i plan to do. I'm wearing a jawboneUP so I can track it that way too. I'm going to really measure/weigh my food carefully next week.
    No need to be afraid. This is where you get to track, measure, monitor and figure it all out. No worries!
