Just wondering what everyone picks as a go to snack. What helps keep you full? Always trying out new things. My favourite right now is salsa and chilli heat triscuits or yogurt and fruit.

You will get different answers from everybody. But me personally the 2 most filling snacks that I have often are: Quest bar with water, plain greek yogurt mixed with stevia and tablspoon of nut butter n cinnamon. Also 1/4 cup peanuts or almonds. All three of those are about 200 cal give or take.0

Chobani flavored yogurt with oats,
Cheese sticks
Black pepper Triscuits0 -
I also love the fiber one brownies. They fill that chocolate craving with minimal calories. Haven't tried the black pepper triscuits. Love tuna on Melba toast. I haven't tried protein bars and suggestions on good ones to try.0

QUEST BARS! I am so in love with the Smores and Cookies & Cream ones
Yogurt with granola
Veggies with hummus
And plenty of water0
