My goal is to lose 15-20 pounds and any support would be appreciated! I got a bike this past weekend and want to add that as part of my cardio. I like going to the gym but get discouraged by all th fit ladies and meat heads. I wish I could find a gym buddy!!

    Don't be discouraged because of those fit girls or meatheads, just worry about yourself and before you know it you will be as fit as them!! XD Feel free to add me ;)
