Need to lose 30 to 40 pounds. I hate to track my calories. Need the accountability for the rough months. I ruptured my achilles last year and can finally run. I've been lifting weights, but I let my diet go by the way side. At 39, working permanent night shift and a family man, it's going to be a long haul. God bless.
