So, I'm a vegan and I need meal ideas to gain weight. I eat a lot of pasta, tofu , banana pancakes and peanut butter .

    it all comes down to eating more calories.

    I think adding more fat in the way of nut butters, avocados, assorted nuts, and olive oil is your best bet.

    edited to add: make sure to add things like dates, bananas, figs, and other high calories fruits.
