After gaining 35+lbs due to inactivity & late night unhealthy snacking after a back injury a year ago, I am finally beginning to get some pain relief thanks to injections in my back. I've begun food tracking & baby steps on my elliptical. Looking for motivational support & I'd love to find a walking buddy around this area- love to walk at Moraine View State Park
