Looking for Vegetarian recipes for Cutting fat

I'm about to go on a fat loss diet and am looking for recipes with at least 30g of proteins per serving and 50 or less grams of carbohydrates per fat. I am having a lot of trouble finding recipes with anything more than 20g of proteins per serving. Any ideas??
