Creatine - Just starting & need advice

Currently on a cut for boxing. 2 questions:

2. Is it fine for me to cut 20 pounds in 2 months while on creatine? Im at 156 and need to drop to 135.0

Creatine is going to cause your muscles to retain more water than they would otherwise. I've found I lose/gain about 2 - 3% of my bodyweight when I cycle off/on creatine.
You don't look to have much bodyfat to lose 20 lbs. I'm guessing you're going to have to sacrifice some muscle mass to get down to 135 (and probably be a little dehydrated at weigh in). I would cycle off the creatine at least a week before and you'll likely cut a couple of pounds from that.0 -
Thank you for the advice. From what i calculated, if correct, im carrying 18 pounds of fat.. So unfortunately i may lose some muscle mass and will definitely cycle off creatine a week or two before0
