I am 48. I work out like a mother.... A typical day for me is Crosstraining, yoga, jog 2-3 miles, tennis or Zumba/ Latin cardio. I eat clean throughout the day and log my food. But I lose it at night (stress). I drink 9-15 cups of water.
I am 5'7.5". I shrunk 1/2 inch). I have weighed high 160's in past 1-2 years, a 20 pound increase I'd gladly shed

    Do you weigh all your solid food and measure your liquids? How many (if any) of your exercise cals do you eat back? Are you logging the food you have at night from the stress eating?

    Sounds like you track your food during the day then eat without control at night? If I'm misinterpreting, I apologize. A couple of things you can try: save some calories for an evening snack. Or try to find a different way to cope with stress. Go for a walk, call a friend to vent.
