Another Newbie!

Perennial chubby kid looking to lose inches and become less preoccupied with the number on the scale.
I've got a bad case of knowing what I should be doing but not actually sticking to it so I'm looking for some accountability buddies!
I'm quite athletic and enjoy working out (female mesomorph!) but my current weight interferes with some of the stuff I really want to do, like running longer distances and eventually (like a couple of years more training eventually) pointe work in ballet.
