Hello Fello MFP gang.
I've been doing this since January to help melose weight - I'm 11st 2 and want to get doen to 8 and a half stone if I can. Hate that Ive put on so much weight over the years and as I'm approaching 40, I want to invest time in myself and look after me.
Only just dicovered this forum so can see me being addicted now!
Lots of great advice I've seen so far but thought it rude not to introduce myself first.
