Right now I am taking ISS VITIPAK and I'm almost out so I wanted to know if anyone has any recommendations for any different Vitapaks that not only helps with nutrients but also with energy... Also I'm taking Catalyst that helps the muscles become more defined but I was wondering if anyone knows of another type of supplement that does the same thing just doesn't cost as much.... Thanks!

I was under the impression that the only thing that helps 'muscles become more defined' was loss of body fat and weight lifting.

    Maybe I'm mistaken?

As far as energy goes, ensuring propper nutrition is the best thing for that. If you have known deficiencies in your micronutrients, supplements can be a good thing. If your nutrition is on point and you are taking more supplements than your body can process, its just going to pee them out.. Money down the drain, quite literally.

If you are flagging towards the end of the day, coffee!

B vitamins help with energy as they convert food calories into usable energy more easily, not sure of how the mechanism works.... but you could take a higher amount of B vitamins along with your vitapaks.
