Sore skin?

This hasn't happened in a few months, but I'm dieting again so I am thinking it is attributed to dieting.

The other night I ate quite a bit more for dinner than I usually do. My girlfriends came over and we ordered pizza, drank, and got ice cream. The next morning I woke up with my skin being sore to touch. Just curious if anyone knows why this is? Or has anyone else experienced it?

    Nope. Never had that happen.

While your girlfriends were over did you do an abnormal amount of touching or rubbing of the skin? Did you do weird facials using kitchen ingredients or things you normally wouldn't? Did you rub the pizza all over your body? What do you mean by sore...like burns, is bruised?

Unless you are allergic to something you ate I am all out of ideas.

Almost like a bruised feeling, tender to touch.

Are you also bloated? The only thing that I can think of that may cause just the skin being sore would be a ridiculous amount of bloating... and even that is a bit of a stretch for me. Did you do any activities that you normally don't do? Other than the eating I mean. Also, where is it sore? all over? Or in a certain area?

If you're really worried about it I would go see your doctor.

Are you perhaps allergic to one of the ingredients? Tomatoes are a frequent allergen. What in the things you ate last night are not in your usual diet? One of those may be the culprit.
