Getting back into it! HELP ME!!!

Hi everyone!
I am Sara - I'm 31 years old, I have 2 awesome kids, a wonderful husband and A TON OF STRESS!!!! A year and a half ago, I was the healthiest I have ever been - no shakes, no pills, no diet - just me doing what I was supposed to be doing and eating healthy and working out. It took me a while to get there, but I was to the point where that was who I was and what I did. I ate healthy because it made me feel good. I drank 4-5 liters of water per day because if I didn't, I felt horrible. I worked out because I felt SO GOOD from being healthy.
When I was at my lowest weight ever and doing really good, my sister committed suicide. She was 22 years old. I never thought that could start the downfall of my health! I knew that it affected me and still does to this day, but I didn't know how it could just kickstart my being unhealthy. After that, I had two miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy (totaling 6 losses); had my tubes tied, and started school. So here I am, working full time, in school full time, have two kids, a husband, pets, and on and on and on. I have made no efforts to make time for me and focus on getting back to how I want and NEED to be. My husband got me a fitbit (http://www.fitbit.com/user/2PNXV5) about the same time, and I used it for a while and now I use it religiously again.
I feel like I have FINALLY started to train myself to get back into those habits, but I need some encouragement along the way.
Any ideas, thoughts, or suggestions are more than welcome
Thanks!!
**and feel free to add me here and on fitbit for those of you who have fitbit**
