MyFitnessPal: Round 2!

Hiya! This app saved me from borderline obesity, two years ago, by helping me lose four stone! I was bordering a size 16 (UK size) and miraculously shrunk to a size 10! This helped me to become much happier with my body image, which led me to find the confidence to start dating. Fast forward to today and I now have an awesome girlfriend, I have found the path I want to follow in life and am buzzing to be starting university in September! My mental health still needs a lot of work, but I've got good things set up for the near future which will help with that. HOWEVER, eating a load of junk food with my partner has resulted in us both gaining weight! I wanna know if anyone else has had trouble maintaining their goal weight and how they've overcome this? I don't wanna not be able to fit into my size 10 jeans! Thank you ^.^
