Motivation is a tricky thing. It can help to write out what your goals are and what the pros and cons of changing are. However, the most important thing to build motivation is to start to take some action. Start logging, put on your shoes and go for a walk, call a friend and tell her your goals... each step you take, big or small, moves you forward.0

Listen to motivational songs. "Girl On Fire" ALICIA KEYS is a great one.0

Get a friend or someone to keep you accountable. To check up on you, and make sure you're still going.
But really, just throw motivation out the window. Motivation doesn't last forever. Make it a habit to workout. Make it a habit to eat clean or stick to your diet goals. Then, even when you have no motivation to workout, you'll still end up going.
But that's just me.0 -
Motivation unfortunately is self made and can be very frustrating... Like girlviernes said start with establishing some goals, small attainable goals. Too often we lose motivation because we want results immediately and that's just not realistic. Commit to logging and add some friends for support. This is a great forum for that so you are already ahead of the game!!! You got this!!!0

When you're ready to do this, you'll go get it. This is an inside job.0
