Give me protein shake recipes with these ingredients

Okay, so here's what I got: (it would be much appreciated if this could be made in a BLENDER BOTTLE not a blender)
Give me recipes using any combination of these items (and only these items, give sugestions for other things if you want)

Vanilla Whey Protein: 26 g protein (really does not taste good by itself)

things to add:

Peanut butter
unsweetened cocoa powder
unsweetened almond milk
coconut milk (lite)
jello sugar-free fat-free banana cream pudding mix (just the powder mix)
vanilla/almond extract
instant boba milk tea (just the plain flavor)

Anyone got anything?

    I'm confused . . . you want recipes for a smoothie but then proceed to give us a recipe for a smoothie?
