Suggestion for appetite suppressant

I love ginger and have found herbal teas to be lacking in flavor. I find a hot beverage curbs my appetite. I experimented with this idea and really enjoy its brisk flavor. Grind raw ginger root in a powerful blender ( I use a Ninja) with just enough water to enable to ginger to catch in the blades. Place a tablespoon of ground ginger root is a small strainer or sieve that will fit into a large cup. Pour boiling water through the ginger and allow the ginger to steep in the strainer, while it is still in the cup. After about 5 minutes, remove the strainer with ginger, and sip the spicy hot liquid. Yum. It really does help satiety. It has so much more flavor than any tea.
