Hi all,
I never really post on here, but have been using MFP for coming up to 5 years on and off. I started at 154 lbs, fluctuated down and up and down and up, with my lowest weight at 132 lbs (although I was not very happy or particularly healthy at this time).
I have quite a "sturdy" frame so I will never be a super slim girl but I would say I am at my happiest at around the 135 lbs mark. I'm 165cm.
I'm currently at 142 lbs after some overindulgence/not tracking over the past few months, so I could really do with some new friends on here just to keep me on track!
I am relatively active, playing netball and going to the gym 3 times a week, plus walking a lot - it's hard not to in London!
Would be great to meet anyone in a similar situation!
