Hey everyone,
I've been on MFP for about 2.5 years. I started at 243 lbs and at one point got to 203 lbs, but with my wife and I having our first kid and being busy with work I slacked off and got back up to around 238 at one point, but that wasn't logged on MFP as I stopped using it for a while. I've been working hard lately and have gotten down to just under 225. I'm looking for people who can help motivate me and who I in turn can help motivate.

40 pounds, up 30 and back down 10 is amazing nevertheless, congratulations! Keep it going, your success was an accumulation of taking it 1 day at a time0

Your back at it thought. That's what is important. I'm a yoyo dieter so I understand. I'm back at it also so let's do this0
