I'm just going to be as simple as I can as I know it can be a drag being told this stuff...
- I see a lot of "7 Radishes" or "3/4 cup". You really need to weigh foods to know where you're at.
- Are you weighing when you wake up, before you eat?
- "Stationary bike, vigorous effort (bicycling, cycling, biking)" is really not the best accuracy - you're far better off (and yet still not likely 100% accurate) checking your speed and inputting the 'Cycling' at said speed.
- On Tuesday 7th you logged an exercise twice, be very careful that this isn't happening often!
- And most importantly remember that some weeks your weight wont change - some weeks it might change a lot! You just have to stick with it
Good luck0
